Enchanted Castle at the Settlement!

November 8, 2012

Friday, October 26th, local families attended the annual Halloween Enchanted Castle event here at the Settlement House. AmeriCorps Project YES! members created an interactive ‘trip around the world’ that led children to decorations and games relating to the jungle, safari, arctic, and desert themes. Children also enjoyed playing Halloween games in Burnside Hall, as well as touring the Haunted House put on by Settlement staff and Noble student volunteers. it was a very fun event and all the little monsters, superheroes, animals, and princesses left with a big smile (and big bag of candy!).
